This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13936 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11037 of 2023 dated 05.09.2023.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13936 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11037 of 2023 dated 05.09.2023., is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
