O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Sadhana, aged about 25 years, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondents 1 to 3.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is major aged about 25 years and has married the petitioner herein. However, she is not willing to go along with her husband/petitioner herein and expressed her willingness to go with her father/fourth respondent, who is also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present before this Court and he is also willing to take back her, the alleged detenue.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
