This Writ Petition has been filed to to call for the records relating to G.O.[D] No.101 dated 03.02.2016 on the file of the first respondent herein whereby the Orders of the second respondent dated 21.01.2005 made in RC.No.L1/27070/2014 reducing the suspension of "C" from license of the petitioner's theatre from 30 days to 20 days while confirming the Orders of the third respondent dated 20.8.2014 and made in D.Dis.40725/2013/C1 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
