O R D E R
This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.17390 of 2012, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 18.11.2016.
2. Pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 22.03.2019, the respondent is present before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that in compliance with the order of this Court, dated 18.11.2016, passed in W.P.No.17390 of 2012, the petitioner has been given provisional selection order, dated 29.03.2019.
4. In view of the provisional selection order, it cannot be said that there is willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed. It is made clear that the petitioner would be given liberty to join the respondent Corporation without reference to the model code of conduct, which is in prevalent, owing to the general selection.
