This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to provide police protection to the petitioner's company to erect transmission cell phone tower and to install all the telecommunication electrical & electronics equipments, OFC Cable and its maintenance workon the said BTS transmission Tower at Nilgiris District, Ootacamund Municipality, R.S.No.3903/2 in New T.S.No.E-5/11/1,3 bearing Door No.12/J-6, Woodcood Road, Ooty-643 001.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. In similar cases, namely Crl.OP.Nos.25757 of 2014 and 12596 to 12619 of 2014, this Court has granted similar reliefs to the same petitioner, in respect of other places.

4. Following the earlier orders, this Court directs the respondent police to enquire and give adequate police protection to the petitioner, for erecting transmission tower at Nilgiris District, Ootacamund Municipality, R.S.No.3903/2 in New T.S.No.E5/11/1,3 bearing Door No.12/J-6, Woodcood Road, Ooty-643 001, at the cost of the petitioner for a period of eight weeks.
