Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to fully relax the conditional order dated 05.08.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11595 of 2020 directing the petitioners to report before the Respondent Police every Monday and Friday @ 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.THIRUMOORTHY Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to fully relax the conditional order dated 05.08.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11595 of 2020 dated directing the Petitioners to report before the Respondent police every Monday and Friday @ 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11595 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11595 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
