ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 16.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.31320 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Dindivanam Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 p.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
