No.890 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to

(1) Suspend the sentence of imprisonment and fine imposed as against the petitioner in Judgment dated 12.10.2010 made in C.C.No.291 of 2001 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.4, Salem and confirmed by the Judgment dated 07.06.2018 made in C.A.No.159 of 2010 on the file of IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Salem, pending disposal of the above CRL.RC.890/2018. (CRL.MP.10085/2018)

(2) exempt the petitioner from surrendering in pursuant to the Judgment dated 07.06.2018 made in C.A.No.159 of 2010 on the file of IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Salem, confirming the Judgment dated 12.10.2010 made in C.C.No.291 of 2001 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.4, Salem, pending disposal of the above CRL.RC.890/2018. (CRL.MP.10086/2018) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.No.890 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ARUL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner (IN BOTH THE PETITIONS) the court made the following order:- Notice of motion returnable by two weeks.

2. The sentence of the imprisonment imposed on the petitioner shall stand suspended for a period of two weeks and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the trial Court and on a further condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the revision.

3.
