ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.11.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 7(5) and 20(2) of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and Section 123 of BNS in Crime No.184 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. This is 2nd bail petition. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 17.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.34635 of 2025 on the following reasons: "5.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, nature of offence, the previous antecedents of the first petitioner herein/ Sakthi Ganesan and if he is enlarged on bail, he will indulge in similar offence, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the first petitioner herein/ Sakthi Ganesan."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
