The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to measure the property, erect stone and issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner in Survey No.605/2B4A, Karagadhahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, total extent of 11625 Sq.feet by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2022.
2. The petitioner, in order to survey the land and to issue a separate patta in respect of the land situated at Survey No.605/2B4A, Karagadhahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, has paid the fee on 14.09.2021. In this regard, he has made a representation to the respondents on 22.08.2022. In order to consider the application submitted by the petitioner and to pass orders thereon, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
3. Heard Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner along with the necessary fee would be 2 / 4
considered and the needful would be undertaken by the 2nd respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the said submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "That there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner along with the necessary fee and do the needful by completing the survey of the petitioner's land within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
