O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.11.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341 and 302 IPC in Crime No.592 of 2020, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner is the sole accused and he is the son of the deceased. Due to family dispute, the petitioner is said to have stabbed his own father and committed murder. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in this case is still https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending. If the petitioner is released on bail, he may tamper the witness. Hence, she vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the said facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence and also the fact that investigation in this case is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly.
