J U D G M E N T

(Judgment was delivered by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the appellants reported "no instructions" stating that he could not contact his client, despite intimation to them. Since the learned counsel himself expressed his difficulty in reaching the appellants and the communication addressed to the appellants is stated to have been returned with an endorsement "refused", this Court is of the view that no useful purpose will be served if the matter is adjourned.

2.Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 3.Registry is directed to communicate a copy of the judgment to the known address of the appellants as well.
