ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Poonamallee, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.199 of 2014.

Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Poonamallee, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.199 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
