This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 7(v) imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11970 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition 7(v) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11970 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024 is relaxed.
