(CRIME NO.1205 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to fully relax the conditional order dated 12.10.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.16069 of 2020 directing the petitioner to report before the Respondent Police everyday @ 10.30 a.m. for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter on every Monday and Friday @ 10.30 a.m. until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.P.ARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to fully relax the conditional order dated 12.10.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.

16069 of 2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police every day @ 10.30 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday and Friday @ 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16069 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16069 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
