This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, everyday Monday, Wednesday and Friday and apart from the Court hearing dates, till completion of the trial in Crl.O.P.No.27253 of 2023 dated 01.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court weekly once at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, till completion of the trial.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
