This petition has been filed to extend the time of 15 days for the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Vellore and comply with the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8628 of 2020 dated 12.06.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Vellore and comply with the orders passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
