Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1 to 3 respondents to allow the petitioner to conduct temple festival of Sri Muthu Mariamman Koil, Amman Nagar, Kachirapalayam Road, Kallakurichi and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to hand over key of temple to the petitioner to do rituals to the temple and to do daily prayer and the petitioner promise that the key will be handed over to the 2nd respondent whenever he has called the petitioner to hand over the key of the temple For Petitioner :
