JUDGMENT

This Court by the Order dated 24.06.2019 has extended time to bring the LRs of the deceased sole respondent for a period of three weeks, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically, but, so far, steps not taken to bring the LRs of the respondent. Hence, this second appeal is dismissed as per the order passed by this Court dated 24.06.2019. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
