This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the Judgment and Decree dated 28.04.2005 made in M.C.O.P.No.295 of 2003 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Subordinate Judge), Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It is also seen that as per the order of this Court dated 27.01.2006 batta was not paid by the appellant. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
