This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.371 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meghanathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) on instructions from Mr.T.Dinesh Kumar, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Thalaivasal Police Station, Salem District would submit that the investigation in this case in Crime No.371 of 2021 has been completed and the final report has been filed on 05.09.2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Attur, Salem District.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
