This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 19.10.2023 in Crl.OP.No.24359 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on every alternative day at 10:30 a.m for a period of 10 days and thereafter, every saturday at 10.30. a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
