This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, once in every week i.e. on every Monday at 10.00a.m, until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17151 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, shall appear before the jurisdiction Court during the Court hearing dates.
