ORDER

Apprehending the disturbance from the fourth respondent, namely Srinivasa Reddy, the petitioner had preferred a complaint dated 03.03.2018 before the first respondent seeking for necessary protection and since the complaint was not considered in time, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the fourth respondent herein had filed an affidavit dated 13.03.2018, wherein he has specifically stated that he will not create any disturbance to the petitioner and their family members. The relevant portion of the affidavit reads as follows: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

" If my daughter has really married Javahar, I undertake that herein after I will not stand in the way of their life. Only upon apprehension in respect of my daughter's life, I approached the police officials requesting them to find out her whereabouts. I did not use any influence uppon the police officials either to harass the petitioners or to the family members of the first petitioner. I also did not make any threat to the petitioners. Likewise, I did not make the police to give any threat either to the petitioners or to the family members of the first petitioner."

3. In view of the aforesaid statement of the fourth respondent, the petitioner herein cannot be aggrieved. Recording the statement of the fourth accused, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
