JUDGMENT
The above Appeal arises against the Judgment and Decree dated 30.04.2009 passed in O.S.No.198/2000 on the file of the learned Fast Track Judge, ( II Additional District Judge) of Cuddalore.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner represented that the appeal may be dismissed as abated. Since the sole appellant is dead and despite his efforts, he is unable to get the details of the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.
3. Recording of the above submission, the Appeal stands dismissed as abated.
