Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition (b) the petitioners shall report the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until the further orders in Crl OP.No.10473 of 2020 order dated 18.08.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the bail condition (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10473 of 2020 order dated 18.08.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10473 of 2020 dated 18.08.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10473 of 2020 dated 18.08.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
