Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16606 of 2020 order dated 28.10.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16606 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16606 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16606 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioners are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
