Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition NO.4 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.6728 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14833 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SATHIYARAJ E., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition No.4 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6728 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14833 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6728 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14833 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6728 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14833 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
