ORDER

Record of the proceedings show that an order of interim stay was granted by this Court on 01.03.2017 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.14,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Only) within a time frame.

2.The learned standing counsel for the respondent submitted that the conditional order has not been complied with. When the case came up on 14.06.2017, time was sought for, to produce the proof of payment of the said sum of Rs.14,00,000/-. In the last hearing, no such proof was produced. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Department submitted that in the last hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution and the order of interim stay is vacated and the petition in W.M.P.No.5318 of 2017 stands dismissed. No costs.
