JUDGMENT

This Court by the Order dated 21.06.2019 has extended time to bring the LRs of the deceased sole appellant for a period of three weeks, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically, but, so far, steps not taken to bring the LRs of the appellant. Hence, this second appeal is dismissed as per the order passed by this Court dated 21.06.2019. No costs.
