This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15958 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.22486 of 2022 on 09.11.2022 to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
