ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.33522 of 2013, by order dated 11.12.2013, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2013 and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ six weeks.

2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 11.12.2013 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, the respondent has passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Thus, he submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent, if he so desires.
