Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to survey boundary line based on the petitioner E-challan, and direct the 5th respondent to provide the police protection to the petitioner family from the respondents 6 to 8.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to survey boundary line based on the petitioner E-challan and direct the fifth respondent to provide the police protection to the petitioner's family from the respondents 6 to 8.

2. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she purchased a property situated at Manaivari Thoraya Patta No.138, Survey No.117/41, measuring 138 Sq.mts in Sayanpuram Village, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District from her mother in the 2/5

year 2015 vide Doc. No.1447/2015. Thereafter the property document and revenue records stand in the name of the petitioner. It is the grievance of the petitioner that when she started construction work in the above mentioned property, the respondents 6 to 8 are regularly disturbing her. Hence, the petitioner made a complaint before the 5th respondent, who directed the petitioner to survey the boundary line. The petitioner gave a representation to the respondents 1, 3 and 4 to survey the property. However, the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the fifth respondent and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners viz., respondents 6 to 8 and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of 3/5

this order.
