ORDER
The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give the police protection for survey the petitioner's land comprising in Survey No.252/21 measuring 8 cents situated at Avarampalayam Village, Vellore Taluk & District.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner paid necessary fee for surveying his land in Survey No.252/21 in Avarampalayam Village for the purpose of demarcate the land and constructing a house. The petitioner is an Ex-Army man. The private respondents' viz., 3 to 5 are obstructing the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to survey the land. The petitioner paid survey fee on 21.01.2019, so far, due to obstruction, his land is unable to survey.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner produced a challan dated 21.01.2019, thereafter, what is the later development and whether there has been any encumbrance or any civil suit, it is not known. In view of the same, the petitioner to again approach the revenue authorities along with the necessary documents and to pay the necessary fee or get request from the revenue authorities to conduct survey. Thereafter, on request of the revenue authorities, necessary production can be given. 4.In view of the same, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
