Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that final report has been filed in this case and taken cognizance in C.C.No.84/2020 for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham.

In view of the fact that the final report has been filed and taken cognizance, this petition is dismissed as infructuos.
