CMP Nos.794, 795 and 796 of 2012 have been filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 858 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 6th respondent ; ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 6th respondent and iii) to bring on record the respondents 7-11 as legal representatives of the deceased 6th respondent. .

2. Heard Ms.P.T. Ramadevi, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The respondents have been duly served as seen from the cause list today.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main Second Appeal on 17.06.2021.
