ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

2. The learned counsel submits that the representation has been given by the petitioner on 15.06.2023 for allotting 7.5 cents of burial ground to the Jain community.

3. The representation given by the petitioner may be decided by the respondent authorities in accordance with law, considering the factual matrix, on its own merits, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The learned State Government Pleader submits that at S.No.18, electric crematorium is being constructed and the

construction would be completed within two months.

5. In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.)
