ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the Appeal dated 04.08.2021 submitted by the petitioner under Patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Passbook Act requesting to cancel the Patta No.282 issued in favour of the 3rd respondent to an extent of 2938 sq.ft situated in Old Survey No.22/1 (Part) and New Survey No.388/9 (Part) of Porur Village.

It is submitted that an appeal was filed before the 1st respondent on 04.08.2021, as against the issuance of patta in favour of the 3rd respondent and the same was pending. 3.Considering the above, the 1st respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, 3rd and 4th respondents and conduct the enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
