ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction, directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2023 made to the respondent within a timeframe on merits and in accordance with law 1 / 4

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent bank has not given loan account statement to pay the correct amount, in this regard, she has already given a representation, however, the same has not been considered. Hence, seeks for a direction.

3. Though the writ petition is not maintainable, since the matter arises out of commercial transaction based on the contract entered into between the parties. As the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2023 is not considered, therefore, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2023 and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
