This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.05.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On reading of the complaint dated 16.05.2015, it is seen that this petitioner had entered into an agreement with the opposite party and that the opposite party had failed to fulfill the terms of the agreement.
4. Since the dispute essentially appears to be contractual in nature, this Court is of the view that no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
