ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Minor.Shobana aged 17 years. The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents for the production of his daughter.
2. The detenue is present along with the 3rd respondent. There is also a child born out of the relation ship. As on today, the detenue is a major. She has also expressed her willingness to go with the 3rd respondent.

3. In such view of the above, we do not find any illegal custody in this matter and, this Habeas Corpus petition is accordingly closed.
