This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents 6 and 7 as further respondents in the Writ Petition.

2. Heard Mr.C.Mohan, learned Senior Counsel representing Ms.A.Rexy Josephine Mary, learned counsel on record for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 5 to 7 and they have no objection for the petition being allowed.

3. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support 1/4

of the petition and taking into consideration that the proposed parties are proper and necessary parties to adjudicate the matter, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition and list the same after two weeks.
