(Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) Maha Siddargal Trust, represented by its Trustee, has filed the instant writ petition, to direct the respondents 1 to 7, to take appropriate action, against respondents 8 and 9, in relation to illegal mining, quarrying and crushing activities in and around Brammarishi malai and Elambalur village, in Perambalur District and forbear respondents 8 and 9 from carrying on the said activities.

2. As the prayer sought for is not supported with averments and materials, Mr.V.G.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, containing all particulars. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Permission to withdraw is granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as prayed for is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
