This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.252 of 2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police to some other investigation agencies, preferably, the District Crime Branch at Krishnagiri or the Inspector, CBCID/Crime Investigation Department at Krishnagiri or any other agency.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.252 of 2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent is directed to file a closure report in respect of Crime No.252 of 2014 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
