The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent college to provide Internship Training Program for the petitioner without insisting him to pay Rs.13,50,000/- as additional tuition fees. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The case of the petitioner is that he joined the MBBS Course in the 3rd respondent college in the academic year 20062007 and completed the course during the year 2010-2011. The petitioner had few arrears papers. During the month of November, 2016, the petitioner cleared all the papers and to the request of the petitioner to do his internship programme, the 3rd respondent had insisted to pay Rs.13,50,000/- as additional tuition fees. Aggrieved over the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would state that the petitioner was already permitted to take up the internship Training Programme, without payment of any Additional Tuition Fees.
