ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking production of the detenu aged about 78 years, this habeas corpus petition has been filed by the son of the detenu. 2.It appears that the detenu is missing from 21.1.2018. A complaint was given on 30.01.2018. The detenu was having amnesia. The status report would reveal that adequate steps have been taken to secure him.
3.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, we direct the respondent/Police to proceed with the investigation and as and when the detenu is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
secured, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
