Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to register the documents in respect of the S.No.150-445 Periyakkapangulam and S.No.1-75 of Chinnakkapangulamand.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to register the documents in respect of S.No 150-445 Periyakkapangulam and S.No.1-75 of Chinnakkapangulam.

2. Heard, Mr.V. Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the properties, comprised in survey No.150-445 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Periyakkapangulam and survey No.1-75 of Chinnakkapangulam, are under the occupation of the respective petitioners from time immemorial and the guideline value has not been fixed. Hence, any deed of conveyance presented for registration in respect of the property comprised in survey No.150-445 Periyakkapangulam and survey No.1-75 of Chinnakkapangulam before the second respondent are not registered.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that now the guideline value had been fixed.

5. In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to register the same, if it is otherwise in order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
