ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.451 of 2017.

2.The first petitioner is the daughter of the second respondent and the second and third petitioners are the grandchildren of the second respondent. There seems to be family dispute between the parties and the incident is said to have been taken place on 19.12.2017. Some allegations have been made as against the petitioners which needs to be investigated by the respondent police. This Court cannot interfere with the investigation at this stage.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, within a period of period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
