ORDER

By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to make payments for paper publications effected from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. In support of this application, report dated 31.12.2024 has been filed. In such report, it is stated that publication was effected in two dailies with regard to notice to contributories. The funds position of the company in provisional liquidation has been set out in paragraph 4 and it is clear from such funds position that the company in provisional liquidation is in a position to make payments for the publication.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed by permitting the Official Liquidator to make payments for paper publication charges, as prayed for, from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation.
