ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the patta granted to the fifth respondent in respect of petitioner's land measuring to an extent of 76 cents comprised in S.No.74/3 of Alenatham Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the representation dated 19.08.2021 within specific time frame as may be fixed by this Honourable Court. 2.

the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

The petitioner submitted an application before the respondents 1 to 3 herein, dated 19.08.2021 to cancel the patta in respect of petitioner's land measuring to an extent of 76 cents comprised in S.No.74/3 of Alenatham Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, issued in favour of the fifth respondent herein and it is pending.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 herein and conduct enquiry, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
